MY DIARY

Today I go up at 7:00 o'clock and I turned on the light. While I was doing the bed, my mother was in the kitchen cookng a special breakfast for me, bacause I passed the history exam last Saturday. I had a shower and got dredded with the school clothes. My cat was in the bedroom and I was in a hurry. And then, I went off to school.

I arrived at school and found my friends.We talked about what we were going to do this weekend. This morning I have many class notes.

In the evening, when arrived home, I did the homework and I watched the reality TV show program. It's curious, today my father arrived early and he answered the Math's test for my project in school. It's half past eleven and I go to sleep, because tomorrow I have an excursion with my classmates to Barcelona

MY FAVOURITE RESTAURANT

My favourite restaurant is "Sea Hut" near the beach in Estartit. It's an Spanish restaurant and it have car's park.
The building left me speechless the firt time I saw it had blue and white fronts anb big windows. But what really calls my attention the insaid of the restaurant, big and beautiful. The different colors of the plates are incredible. The furnitures are black and white,
not only you can eat here, but also you can di many different activites. You can have a party with friends. The restaurant has a sepecial room where the childrens can play games.
From my points of view the restaurant is fantastic, it lose different rooms and the music sound it's perfect.
I strongly recommend visiting and trying the marvellous food because they serve exotic food.

You have to try it!

BLIND DATES

Nowadays, many people use the new twchnologies. They use computers for meeting people and after this, they normally have a date. There are many social nets and chats where people can find a couple.
On the one hand, you meet a lot of people and there isn't any compromise with him. You just choose the person that you feel attraction and then have as.
On the other hand, you neverknow the appearance maybe he isn't as you hope and he doesn't like you and you lose interest.
From my opinion point of view it's a modern method to meet people and it breaks with the traditional one. But everybody doesn't use chats, in fact it's popular young people.

A SUPERMARKET FLAIRULE ROBBERY

A group of five people entred in a big supermarket when people wen buying in the diferent fleors. It was a commun day, at 12 o'clock two people dressed win a black wolly hat and trousers. In the meantime, three people waited in the exit door with a big lorry. Two people in the supermarket shot a lot of people and the customers started to run. Inmediately the alarm sounded, police went in the supermarket and srrounded the building, the theif with the car ran building, the theif with the car ran away and didn't rob anything. Two hours later the national police took the thiefs in a service area and found their car.

FILM REVIEW

The film is " To Save a Life". It's a fantastic film because in the end you reflect about why people discriminate other people? You also lok the society towards the person of another country.

The fim starts with a flashback, you see the death of anybody, and your friend Jack looks the situation and feel anger. Later, the situation moves to two before when Jacke rememebers when he was a child ans his friend played with her. One day, Jacke a basketball player won a basketball match. Anny, the cheerleader for the basketball team, invited Jacke to a party in a house of his friend and Chris, Jacke's friend, didn't go to the party because he caused many problems . Chris didn't accept the society and finally he committed suicide. Anny and Jacke were in a relationship, but in an other party she keppt pregnant. That day their lifes changed.

"To Save a life" has got a variety of situations and I think that people is identical although they come for another country. We have to respect them.

A SURPRISE PARTY

Was Carla's birthday and a `special day. While she was in the cinema with her friend, we were preapering a surprise party in her house. They were turning on the music and decoreting the livingroom. Many people were taking ballons and putting them arround the room. The other people were making a chocolate cake for Carla.
The people arrived in Carla's home and a come into it . They bought big present and put in a table next to the door. I was speaking with them my friend when the phone rang. She was a Carla's friend and said to me: they come at home now, hurry up to preapere the surprise. To hours later, while they arrived at home, we were ready for the surprise of Carla.
Finally when Carla entered in the room, she could see everybody and strted to cry, because she was exited to see that we had a surprise party.

THE CHAMELEON

The chameleon is a reptile know by his capacity to change colors. In general the chameleons mesure approximately 25-30 cm. His body is compressed amd his tail is long amd curled. His legs are long and thin and the fingers are divied in two groups of two and three fingers that allow him to seize the tree branches. His tongue is long amd sticky amd it serves to feed. It has a short neck, but his eyes are big and have great mobility.

Many chameleons live in the South of Africa, but they also live in Oriental Africa. Their habit of living is in the forest breaches, so that they can camouflage and they also can hunt the insect leaves. The camouflage is a chameleon' property, for example, when the chameleon walks on a leaf, trunk or branch, the chameleon adopts its color.

When chameleons locate a prey with their eyes, they shoot his sticky tongue and catch them. It also "changes color" to hunt. the majority of the chameleons put from 30 to 40 eggs and bury them in the ground.

To sum up, we know that the chameleon isn't a very common reptile few frequent, it has got surprising characteristics and it's one of the most endangered animals due to the forest destruction.

Final Reflection

My name is Mònica and I talk about our commenius activites in the blog and in the class.
In this year I did different activites, for example; the work of the blog, christmas song, recipie, favourite song and other activites. After I carried the activites and I liked most was to create a blog because I discovered things of sweden students. Also I dislike the oral presentation and recepies because we worked a lot of. The rest of activies were interesting because I learnt different concepts about Sweden.
My oral activites I think will be good because I had not a lot of time. In general there were some different activites.
The blog creation will be very easy, but when I write the composition I do write the many mistakes.
In conclusion, my English has improved this year because we have this activites. I reinforce the english languige and we learn different things in the year.

Do You Remember When You Were a Chlid

When I was a child, I made different things, such as playing games. I remmember when I was five years old my parents and my brother played with my first game, a puzzle animals. This game was the first memory in my childhood.
when I grew up in ten years, my family and I were travelling in a big beach. In this moment, I was watching this landscape and i thought the beautiful place in the world. because I never travel around the world. After ten years when I was six years old my family and I change from the house. Before I lived in a flat, after we moved to a bigger house.
When I started the school, I met other children and I made different friends. In special, in eleven years I knew my best friend in the school. In the school I learnt different things, but in special when I learnt how to write a letter. I like writting different things.
The last memories of my childhood I are of fourteen years when I went to Puigcerda with my family because this day I still remember it.

My Favourite song

My favourite song is "I still haven't found what I'm looking for" the u2 group band. The group of u2 was from to the Ireland and they started the band in 1978. There are four members, Bono the vocalist, Adam Clayton the bass guitar, Larry Mullen the drums and percussion and The Edge the guitarist. Songwriting is Bono's passion. The Edge U2's guitarist help bono think of ideas for songs and Adam clyton and Larry Mullen join them the compose the songs. Bono writes the lyrics after he has found the emotion, he wants to express in the song. This song is popular and it is in the album "The Johau Tree".

This song I like because it's interesting context and reflects different emotions of the person. The song explains why he hasn't found the things that he has been looking for in the life, because he looks around his but he hasn't found his objective.I like listen this song to my bedroom in the moments that have doubts about what I'm looking for in that situations because It helps to think.

In the original videoclip appears the group in the city and they walk around her. While the group walk, Bono sings the song by the people of the street. This video reflects, he hasn't found what he is looking for, because he found in the city but never found his objective. I like the videoclip because it's becautiful and nice.

To sum up, this song expresses different emotions about things happen in the life and is difficult to find what he is really looking for.

What Will Be My Life Like In 20 Years?

In 20 years my physical apperance will be tall, thin and I will continue have long brown hair, but many things can happen in the future. My personality will be very nice and kind.
In the future, I will live in a big house. I will have a little garden arround the house, a swimming pool and a place I will make parties and I willhave relaxed and calm. The house will hve different rooms. The kitchen where I will cook the other plates, the dining room where I will organise parties and invite the friends and family and three or four rooms, two for my children and other for I and my boy friend. My family will be good. I'll have two children: girl and a boy. I will also have one pet. My boyfriend will be tall and blue eyes. He will worke in a company or he will be fir-fighter because he will save and rescue a lot of lives and people will be hppy with his work.
In 20 years, I will worke in a school and I will be primary teacher, because I like to teach children and they will disocover new things. I will have different routines accordine to my life and work. For example, I will get up at 6 o'clock and prepare the breakfast for my boyfriend and children. Next, I will take the car and go with childrens at school. While, my boyfrend will finish work we will come to home at evening.
My lifestyle will be calm and relaxed, because I won't be stressed and nervous. It will be very complicated life. My hobbies won't be smoke because it is bad for my health. I will practice different sports, tennis, running, rideing horse, bycicle... But, I will read books and write letters for my friends and family.

Starter / Entremès / Entremés

COOK TIME: 45 minutes
LEVEL: Easy

INGREDIENTS:
•5 leaves of lettuce
•5 leaves of curly endive
•2 slices of ham
•2 slices of dry-cured ham
•2 slices of cheese
•4 slices of “llangonisa” ( It’s a typical cured meat from Catalonia)
•2 slices of “ bull blanc” ( It’s a typical cured meat from Catalonia)
•2 slices of “ bull negre” ( It’s a typical cured meat from Catalonia)
•Extra-virgin olive oil, salt and vinegar

METHOD
1.First, take a bowl and put the lettuce and the curly endive into it. Clean that with water
2.Meanwhile, start preparing the second part of the dish. Take the ham, the dry-cured ham and the cheese and cut everything in slices.
3.Then take the leaves of lettuce and curly endive and remove the water. Cut the lettuce and the curly endive in small pieces.
4.Take “llangonissa”, “bull blanc”, and “bull negre” and cut 2 or 3 slices.
5.Finally, take a dish and put the lettuce and curly endive and decorate it around the dish. Next take the other cured meat and put into the dish in a row.
6.Dress it with olive oil, salt and vinegar.
7.Serve inmmediately.

Christmas activity

Story

It was a dark and stormy night when suddenly at the forest near my house, appeared a mysterious house. The house had a lot of windows, two bat statues near the roof and in front of the house there were plants around the windows. Around the house there were tall and black fences with a wide and rusty iron bars. There was a untidy garden and in the center of this there was a scarecrow with old clothes with a big black raven in their shoulder.
I was with my friends and saw the house from my room windows. We thought that was derelicted but, they said that could be interesting to see what was inside the house. When, we decided to go to the house, arrived in front and opened the black fence. We entered to the garden and looked at the door. It was closed with a big iron padlocked. When we got in everything was ok, but all was dark and dirty. We walked and arrived at the principal room. All was in silence in side, but suddenly a noise came from the door. In this moment we didn’t move. After we listened to a voice and we looked around, because in the end of the corridor there was a room with a little light. We decided to open this. In the corner there was a little black cat on the table and it had a old radio. The reflex of the moon projected a shadow with a cat. At the moment it didn’t rain and we took the cat to our house. We left and the house disappeared with the fog.

About myself

My Description

My name is Mònica, I'm 14 years old and I study 3rd of ESO in IES Guillem Bergueda. I live in Berga, capital of Bergueda and the province of Barcelona. My birthday is 22nd of August.

There are things that I like and things I hate. Some of the things I like is to write about facts, listen to music... but also there are things I dislike such as swimming, going to canoe, ice-skating...

In my family there are 4 persons, my parents and brother. At home there is a bird of differents colours, green, blue and black tail. I have 3 aunts, 2 from my father's family and 1 from mum's family. I also have 7 cousins all of them are old and I don't have any of age. I don't grandparents, because when I was very small they died.

I have a daily routine, I get up and I go the high school. We start at half past eight in the morning until 2 o'clock of the noon and we continue at half past three until half past five pm of Monday, Thursday and Wednesday. Exept on Thursdays that we finish at 1 o'clock in the noon and we don't come back for the afternoon. Friday we finish at 2 o'clock of the noon and we start holiday in the afternoon. This is what I do every day. At the weekend I usually do my homework, but sometimes I call my friends and speak about things of last week. On Sunday, I rest there are times we ofen go to have lunch in a restaurant with the whole family and we talk about different topis.
